Our story
Vantage Talent Group was founded in 2019 as a two-desk Rec2Rec shop working the UK and US markets. Seven years on, the firm has grown into a twelve-person team spanning five regions, built around a simple idea: the people who staff other companies deserve a specialist recruiter of their own.
Today Vantage runs two distinct practices under one roof — Rec2Rec, placing recruiters and search consultants into agencies, and Recruiting & Talent Acquisition, placing in-house talent acquisition leaders inside companies building out their own recruiting functions.

Every Vantage consultant has come up through the firm's own ladder — from Manager to Senior Manager, Principal, Director, Senior Director and Executive Director — which means the people running your search have themselves been recruited, promoted and placed using the same process they now run for clients.
